Construction Monitoring

Sometimes clients only require a monitoring role, for example if tenants are undertaking alterations or reinstatement works. Alternatively, banks and lending agencies may dictate monitoring as a requirement for funding.  Again this is a natural role for us to undertake and we can inspect, comment and report back as necessary on the standard, cost and compliance of the works.
