Our one-stop service approach allows us to produce schemes and costs necessary for pre-application and stage one proposals which, if successful, can then be worked up to include full architectural drawings for Planning and Building Regulations purposes and carefully considered budget cost analysis.  This can allow funding applications to be populated with both relevant construction and financial information necessary to meet the requirements of funding committees and boards.

As part of our service, we also help with the preparation of strategic documents, maintenance and management plans necessary to not only obtain initial funding decisions, but also improve the long-term viability of the project to secure principal and match funding crucial to the success of the scheme.  We therefore not only provide the surveying service required to provide the technical and cost information needed to complete forms, but also provide high level input to trustees and steering groups to help navigate the process and advise on procurement, professional input from other consultants and liaison with local authority officers to ensure the process and timetable remains on track.
