Should you wish to procure your development using a design and build contract, we can outline the process against traditional procurement techniques then act as Employer’s Agent under an agreed formal contract.  We will prepare the Employer’s Requirements and the necessary contract conditions and will perform all the necessary duties to help you as the project is delivered.
