Working out whether the space you have or the space you want is suitable for your operations is sometimes not possible until scale models and drawings are produced.

At Rowley Szilagy, we prepare existing plans and sections or take existing data made available to assess whether desks, plant and machinery will fit within the space or volume in either current or future premises.  This is a remarkably useful tool to not only improve operations, but also to determine whether more efficient ways of using space can be achieved to reduce running costs, rentals or, conversely, determine the extent of extension or adaptation required to the property.

Our assistance can range from generic space planning of offices, stores, tea points and toilets through to detailed measurements of desks and other furniture to lay out your office, shop or factory.  Our knowledge of Building Regulations and other statutory requirements also helps us consider means of escape, disabled access and workplace management requirements.
