The planning process requires careful and knowledgeable navigation.  We have many years’ experience of close liaison with planning and Conservation officers allowing us to prepare and submit applications with confidence.

We can guide you through the necessary applications should your building be Listed or within a Conservation Area or greenbelt zone and advise you on suitable designs and materials appropriate for the project.

We also have experience of dealing with Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s) and designated Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI’s) if these affect your site.  We also have successfully steered clients through the Planning appeal process in response to formal rejection at planning application stage.
