The tenant undertook a series of works following our assessment of the lease covenants and with regard to an ingoing schedule of condition prior to expiry of the lease.
Rowley Szilagy were then instructed by the tenant to undertake negotiation with the Landlord’s Surveyor regarding the cost and scope of works of any residual repairs along with assessment of loss to the Landlord in order to reach settlement.
