Rowley Szilagy were appointed to assess existing office spatial, desk and amenity provision across a number of sites, analyse the data and undertake a space planning exercise for a feasibility study to consolidate offices at one location.
A full measured survey of the warehouse, mezzanine and office accommodation was undertaken and existing and proposed plans produced to illustrate allocation of space within the building.
Further duties will include an assessment of dilapidations repairing liabilities, schematic refurbishment plans, budget cost assessment, consultation with local planning and building control officers and energy assessors as part of a wider feasibility study.
