Rowley Szilagy carried out a full measured survey of the property to produce as existing plans followed by schematic design proposals to fit-out this warehouse complete with offices, meeting rooms, canteen and toilet facilities and an optional structural mezzanine.

The design was progressed to include Building Regulations drawings including the insulation of the new offices to new Part L2 standards and full assessment of means of escape from the offices and warehouse complete with 6m high industrial racking bays.

A full LED lighting design was commissioned to serve the offices and provide low bay lighting to the warehouse complete with integral emergency fittings.

A schedule of works was produced and competitive tenders invited prior to contract administration of the works through to completion liaising with our client for the phased handover of the warehouse to allow deliveries of stock and staff training to commence.
