Derby Road, Bootle - Dilapidation repairs and unit refurbishment

This is the sort of project we love.  Acting for the Landlord and involved from the outset, we surveyed the building and prepared a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations.  We procured and administrated the works to completion allowing the Landlord to sign up a Tenant on a new lease whilst also negotiating and settling the claim recovering the costs of the works for the Landlord.
