Tenant Dilapidations Assessments - Various National Depots

Sadly it's not often the case that Tenants plan for fully undertaking their repairing obligations at the end of the lease, but happily that was the case here.  We were commissioned to survey five distribution Depots across the country and produce Dilapidation Assessment Reports setting out the potential Dilapidations claim allowing the tenant to plan accordingly.  Leaving repairing obligations until the end of the term often doesn't leave enough time for completion and then leaves the tenant with a Dilapidations claim to settle.  If you lease property, we are always pleased to assist and advise on your repairing obligations - don't leave it until after the end of the lease!
