There was a welcome in the valleys as we measured-up this new-build office shell in Port Talbot to relocate our client's local branch office to this fresh, modern accommodation.

Including open plan offices, meeting rooms and break-out facilities, we will help with the physical separation of the unit to ensure that the services, fire and acoustic compartmentation and metering are dedicated to the demise for efficient management over the lease term.

Our attention to detail will also ensure that raised access floor boxes are repositioned to suit the open plan desk layout with full height storage wall cupboards used to further sub-divide the space.

Design and tendering should see this start on site in the New Year.
