£300k office refurbishment practically complete with mains electric upgrade to office building and car park compound.

Rowley Szilagy Partner, Gary Szilagy, coordinated the mains assessment and applications on behalf of the client interacting with electrical consultant, infra-structure broker and electrical suppliers to find the closest suitable mains supply with sufficient capacity to achieve the upgrade ahead of occupation so the new teams could simply turn up, plug in and carry on business as usual.
