Rowley Szilagy have provided strategic property advice to help Emovis find and agree a lease on their new regional 'Merseyflow' headquarters.  As the supplier and future operator of the new Mersey Gateway bridge free-flow tolling system, Emovis is the leading service delivery and technology arm of Abertis in the global all electronic tolling and smart mobility solutions market.

Our feasibility and due diligence service included a technical appraisal of the buildings to assess fitness for purpose and condition ahead of agreeing a long term lease. Working closely with the legal, commercial and fit-out team, we provided and in-going schedule of condition including full high level and roof inspections (by truck mounted access platform) and negotiated works of repair and exclusions from the tenant’s repairing obligations.

Our refurbishment construction monitoring service will also ensure great lines of communication between contractors and client departments to oversee the fit-out ready for the completion of the bridge later this year.
