Amalgamated Office Fit-out, Dundee

Project: Fit-out and refurbishment to commercial office premises.

This commercial office accommodation was sourced following an operations and space assessment of the Client's existing premises. We were then  tasked with re-modelling the floor plan to accommodate the relocation of the existing staff and public-facing services including open-plan office, meeting, conference and training facilities within this new multi-function site.

Rowley Szilagy prepared an ingoing Schedule of Condition and carried out a measured survey to produce as existing plans before preparing schematic design proposals to enable a Licence to Alter to be submitted and negotiated with the landlord. Full schedules of work were drawn up for competitive tendering and contract administration of the works with a Building Standards application made to ensure compliance with the Scottish Building Regulations.
