Project: Fit-out and refurbishment to commercial warehousing and office premises.

A vacant commercial space was re-modelled to accommodate the relocation of departments into this warehouse with two storey office and training facility. Accessibility was enhanced by the introduction of a platform lift with new mechanical ventilation, power and data installations and welfare accommodation included to make the property fit for purpose.

Rowley Szilagy prepared an ingoing Schedule of Condition and carried out a measured survey to produce as existing plans before preparing schematic design proposals to enable a Licence to Alter to be submitted and negotiated with the landlord. With a full feasibility study carried out and stakeholder consultation completed, full schedules of work were drawn up for competitive tendering and contract administration of the works.
