NHS Property Services - Landlord Capital Programme

We were delighted to be appointed Surveyors to assist in delivery of NHS Property Service's Landlord Capital Scheme for 2015-2016 financial year.  The scheme included various internal and external refurbishment works to 11 Clinics in the Lancashire area including car park and main entrance improvement schemes, provision of clinical sinks to clinical areas and re-flooring works for infection control measures, together with re-roofing and external repair schemes.  We were tasked with design, planning applications and full procurement and contract administration through to completion.  All aspects were completed on time and on budget within a tight timescale before the end of the financial year.
