Housing Disrepair (Expert Witness) Reports

In addition to our Expert and Technical Reports service we also act for Registered Housing Association Landlords carrying our specific defects inspections and Section 11 disrepair surveys in accordance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Disrepair Cases and acting as single joint expert under Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

Working with national solicitors, our inspections and reports may include expert witness analysis of structural and dampness claims including disruptive investigations to determine the extent and cause or alleged defects using calibrated Protimeter Surveymaster electronic moisture meters and Calcium Carbide “Speedy” test meters.
